I personally believe that, apart from making fashion practical for the everyday person, it must also be a reflection of art. In all that I do, I seek to create beauty. Creating art is in my inherent nature and ultimately has been the driver for who I am today. My art may not always be beautiful, but there is always beauty in the act of creating it.
My Mission
I am Sarai, and it’s really great to meet you. I am a 21-year-old apparel design major at Oregon State University, proud of being the first in my family to earn a degree in my passion. I am skilled in machine and hand sewing, traditional illustration, digital technical illustration, pattern drafting, and collection ideation. I am seeking opportunities in internships primarily in couture or commercial collection development. The goal I am striving for is to become a team member on a ready-to-wear design team.
